The home has a secure lock up garage for one vehicle which also houses the laundry with washer, dryer, sink, vacuum and iron. There is second carpark beside garage for larger vehicles or visitors. Also outside is a fenced and very private backyard with outdoor dining suite and BBQ.

There’s a bus stop down the road on the South Arm Road or you are just a 12minute drive to the CBD. There is also a small corner store Howrah Garden Centre Fruit & Veg Market just down the road. There is also a shopping center 3 minutes drive at Howrah "Shoreline", and Tasmanians largest shopping center "Eastland's" only 6 minutes away. Rokeby has the best pizza in Hobart "Slice Pizza", and a great little Chinese Restaurant . "Silver Pearl Restaurant"

Buses run regularly close by on South Arm Highway; timetables can be accessed online on the Metrotas website.

Uber is available in Hobart.
