Our flight was late and we checked in with the front desk. The accommodations were very enjoyable. Proximity to the fishponds and the fish and the open grass area was delightful for the children. The weather behaved. Denise was terrific to work with. Will be back.

Absolutely perfect!! Stunning location, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked, this unit has everything and more! The parking spot and layout is perfect for my elderly and physically handicapped parents, and the proximity to the pool and beach was heaven for my two little girls. Communication was on point, and we felt welcome and at home from the moment we touched down. Beds are comfortable, lanai is a private paradise, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect!! I only with we could have stayed forever.

This location is amazing! The lanai with the water feature is calming and beautiful. The best is going through the back door and it leads to the quit pool. Great for adults and families over 18yrs of age. Easy access to the best beach not crowded and water is beautiful.

This is the third time that we have stayed at OT121-and it just keeps getting better. The Villa is well kept the grounds impeccable and the location is perfect. From the booking agent to the onsite check in/out-all was handled quickly professionally. We will definitely be back!

I brought my 89 year old Grandma and was happily surprised with the parking spot directly next to for access to the unit. Was a perfect fit for our family and was highly accessible for my grandma❤️

Private paradise

Amazing first floor condo with private garden and waterfall with convenient access to the pool and parking garage. The resort grounds are very nice and well kept. Staff were nice and helpful. This resort is on the quietest cove (Marriott, Disney and Four Seasons were all much busier/louder. Very family oriented from babies to elders. Would stay again, and would recommend.

Beautiful and convenient

Gorgeous condo with a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for everyone. Being on the ground floor with parking right outside the unit was so handy. Our kids were in and out of the pool all day long without having to go up an elevator. The patio with the fish pond and waterfall right there was amazing. We also appreciated the beach chairs, toys, and snokel equipment available for our use. The only complaint was the pool temperature. The ocean was warmer than the pool and my senior dad was disappointed because it was far too cold for him to use.

The property and villa are as described in the photos and reviews online. The villa is extremely well-appointed and well-located with easy access to the beach and lagoons. Shopping center is a 15-minute walk away. Garage parking access immediately at the back door to the Villa was especially helpful for a large family with children. The front door has immediate access to the quiet pool and hot tub. The lanai and fountain feature were so peaceful and pleasant. We all loved being on the ground floor with an area for the children to run and play. The fountain is immediately accessible from the lanai and young children love it but need to be supervised. Since the patio is west facing, the mornings were cool with a light breeze, perfect for breakfast. Sunsets at the lagoon were stunningly beautiful. The children loved the lagoon pool with a special pebble area for toddlers. The beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and other beach amenities were so helpful as was the very complete kitchen. Overall, we loved both the villa and the property, had excellent customer service and would return! Thank you.

The 0-121 property is truly one of a kind! The lanai and patio area are an absolute dream, and the overall size and location of the villa make it a wonderful place to stay. The resort amenities are fantastic as well—great pools, hot tubs, gym, and more.There were some communication issues upon arrival that resulted in us not receiving a greeting or tour of the property, and some specific information wasn’t covered by the front desk. This made the initial check-in a bit challenging.It was hard to get clear directions to the villa, which led to some confusion and extra walking—especially challenging because one member of our group had limited mobility. When I requested a wheelchair, the assistance provided felt less supportive than expected, which made the situation a bit more stressful.The villa itself is spacious and comfortable, but could use some updates—cloudy shower glass, small holes in the wall, dated lighting, and cooking utensils with loose handles. None of these issues were deal-breakers, but they were noticeable.Overall, I would still recommend this villa for its incredible lanai, prime location, and generous layout! With better communication from the greeting staff, improved front desk service, and a few condo updates, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

Our family of six stayed in this unit for seven nights. It was in a perfect location in the resort and beautifully appointed. Hopefully one day we’ll return to Ko Olina. When we do all stay in the exact same unit.
