re-modeled WATERFRONT vacation home, Casa Sunset. Spend your days lounging by

the beautiful, heated saltwater pool equipped with plenty of lounge chairs.

The pool has a sun-ledge/splash pad for kids with an umbrella for shade. Cast

a line off of the dock (poles and tackle included) while watching the

beautiful sunset over the swaying palm trees. Relax with a glass of wine from

the wine cooler on the 40' covered back patio with ceiling fans. Enjoy

preparing a home-cooked meal on the BBQ grill or in the fully equipped gourmet

kitchen.



Step inside to discover a spacious open floor plan filled with natural light

and stunning views of the waterway. There is plenty of seating at the 10'

island or around the 8-seat dining room table. Unwind on the cozy reclining

sectional while watching the 75" TV. This home features 4 bedrooms; 3 with en-

suite bathrooms. The primary suite boasts a king size bed, a 60" TV, double

sink vanity and a luxurious all-marble shower. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed,

55" TV, and a dedicated workspace- perfect for working vacations. It's en-

suite bathroom includes a tub with shower. The third bedroom features a queen

bed, a TV, and the en-suite cabana bathroom has a beautiful designer shower

that will make you feel like you are at the spa. The fourth bedroom includes

a queen-size bed with a full-size trundle bed, comfortably accommodating 2

adults and 2 children.



This home is centrally located in the desirable Imperial Point neighborhood,

just 7 minutes from the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beach and lively Ocean Blvd

where you will find a variety of restaurants, live-entertainment, bars and

great shopping. It's also just minutes away from local breweries, several golf

courses, Harrah's Casino and Top Golf, Port Everglades, the Hard Rock Casino

and Entertainment complex, and the Drive Pink Inter Miami Stadium (DRV PNK),

home to Inter-Miami soccer. The home is nestled on a peaceful canal with

Intracoastal access (fixed bridge) and has a 25' dock. If you are seeking

adventure, you are welcome to enjoy the use of our TWO-PERSON KAYAK (signed

liability waiver required)



For families with little ones, a crib and high chair are available on

request.

enforced. Ring doorbell camera on front door. The property is child and pet

friendly, however the pool does not have a child fence around it. Please watch

your children at all times.

*Pets have a 30 lb. limit. Must clean up pet waste from yard prior to departure or an additional $50 charge will apply.



*$90 pool heater fee. Must request 48 hours in advance as heater takes a while to adjust to desired temp.



***Per City of Ft Lauderdale requirements, all short-term rental properties

are now required to have a noise monitoring device on the premises. Ours is

located on the patio. Ordinance #C-08-37-2, 7-15-08 mandates that sustained

noise over 1 minute cannot exceed 60 DBA from 7:00am -10:00pm and 50 DBA from

10:00pm - 7:00AM. Violations will incur fines by code enforcement.
