The most perfect family beach vacation

Perfect for our family of eight. Clean, well stocked, comfy beds, beautiful master suite and bathroom, well decorated, rocking chairs on porch, and the host was so nice and helpful. Location is perfect for beach, fishing, restaurants, and shopping.

Perfect location

We came for Mardi Gras with my family and had the best time. The house was perfect, beds were comfortable, and it was very spacious. It’s just a short walk to the beach and being next to the harbor was very relaxing. The outdoor space was great for the kids to play. The only thing I wish it had was a golf cart.

Great getaway

This house is a great size for a family getaway. The master is separate and in its own space. The other bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Beautiful property with views and walkable to downtown. The only thing we wanted for was a little more seating in the living area for lounging and gathering together.

Girls Gone Wild!

Great layout for a girls trip. Outdoor spaces were wonderful for sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a cocktail in the evening. Scenic and safe area for walking on the waterfront and in the neighborhood. Made for a perfect gathering point for old friends and family from across the south! The only suggestion we have is to add safety bars in the bathrooms. Most folks our age (70’s) would appreciate it.

We also appreciate you pointing out where we can improve, and after speaking with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:- We’re glad you found the home to be a great fit and agree it's a perfect spot for an Ocean Springs getaway.- While we already stock a variety of essentials, including toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dryer sheets, hand soap, and dish soap, we aim to provide starter supplies rather than full packs, as is standard in many vacation rentals.- We’ll revisit the utility closet inventory to ensure everything is clearly stocked and labeled for guest convenience. Some guests suggested items like foil, food storage containers, or Ziploc bags aren’t currently provided, but we’ll keep this in mind as we evaluate future supply upgrades.- We’ll also consider your mirror suggestion to enhance the space and guest experience in the bedrooms.Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!

Tranquility

If you look up the definition of tranquility you’d see a picture of this property. It is a peaceful, calm place, without noise, violence, or worry. That pretty much sums it up. The “Crusing the Coast” event is scheduled for fun but it’s also exhausting. Coming home each night we could relax in the peace afforded by the charm of Ocean Springs. Every morning we would awaken to the view of the harbor and the park like setting of the grounds surrounding the house. It was lovely and just what we needed. Our hostess, Brooke was so attentive and was a joy to work with!
