The Boat House - Water Front, WiFi, Pet Friendly by RedAwning

We have created a fabulous Water Front unit called the Boat House. This little

unit is built right on the deck and has water views from every window.



We have a 65" Large Screen TV with High Speed WiFi. A Queen Size bed, a Twin

Bed and off street parking.



We are also Pet Friendly with a fenced in yard.



The Boat House is built right on the deck overlooking the beautiful waters of

the Chesapeake Bay. And we do mean right on the water. We feature a water

front deck to sit and enjoy the view.



Our single bedroom features two beds - a Queen Size bed and a Twin Size bed.

This unit is perfect for a couple and even a small family of 3. We will allow

a bit of "piling in" if you have younger children, but any additional bedding

or sleeping arrangements will be up to you.



Our kitchen, or kitchenette rather, is small and not designed for cooking

meals. We do not have a stove, but do offer a microwave and small counter top

toaster oven. This is not the place to cook meals but more of a place to

reheat them.



Our bathroom features a stand up shower, toilet and sink. Not big enough for a

bathtub.



We also have a fenced in back yard which will allow for kids and pets to run

and play. We do have off street parking, but it is limited.



We have a combination lock on the door which will allow for easy check

ins/outs on your own.



The waterfront deck can be shared from time to time, but only with other

guests.



** PLEASE PAY ATTENTION - No Parties are allowed or tolerated. We live next

door to this unit and will immediately cancel and evict anything resembling a

party - No "Get Togethers" \- No "Inviting a few friends" \- No "Cookouts" \-

No "friends stopping by for a visit" \- No "Wakes" \- No "Funerals" \- No

"Birthday Parties"!!!!



All cancellations like this will include forfeiture of all payments and

security deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS! **



The dock as pictured is not available. However, the waterfront deck is

available for your relaxation, fishing and entertainment.



The public beach, wide and sandy, is only 3 blocks away. For many this will

be an easy walk, but there is also ample parking available there for those

wishing to drive.



The water front deck can be shared from time to time, but only with other

guests.



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
