This home is waterfront and includes all utilities, Smart TV and WiFi.  All is Updated and new - appliances and furniture.


This is a Studio Unit in our WaterFront Home - ground floor, Large Smart TV, Queen size bed, Deck, Charcoal Barbecue Pit. 


Parking is right outside your door.  We have hardwood floors, and are pet friendly.


Come and stay with us for your extended stay.


Each unit has its own entrance/exit and nothing other than the yard and waterfront deck is shared.


We have a large fenced in yard for you little ones (two and four legged) to run and play.


This home is  waterfront, and we do have a water front deck from which you can enjoy the water and swim, fish and launch boats. There is also a private beach but it can and will appear during low tide and can disappear during higher tides.  The dock is not available as it is under repair.


All utilities are included as well as High speed WiFi and a large Smart TV. Private parking is just outside your door.


We have just installed a brand new central heat/AC system for year round comfort.


This Studio is smaller like a hotel suite. The living room/bedroom are combined with a Queen Size Bed. Our mini kitchen will be fully stocked with everything you may need to cook your meals. We have a full size bathroom with new tile floors and walls, with a stand up shower.


We have hardwood floors with a few scattered throw rugs. We have a large charcoal grill for you to use to cook and grill your RibEye Steaks! 


This Water Front home includes  3 additional apartment units all with separate entrances/exits.


This is a residential neighborhood - quiet and respectful and we intend to keep it this way. We have a fenced in yard for the little ones to run and play.


This is perfect for a military couple or a couple coming into town for a few days or a few months at a time.


All amenities are accessible for all guests.  The outdoor areas can be shared with other guests.  Private parking is right outside your door.  The dock is not available as it is under repair.
