As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the soaring ceilings and open floor plan. The living room is the perfect place to relax, with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The professional-grade kitchen is a chef's dream, with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space to prepare meals for your group. A convenient main floor bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath as well as a private patio space.

The main floor also features a yoga and meditation studio, perfect for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind as well as a dedicated office and workspace.

The upper level provides four additional bedrooms, 2 with private balconies and all with ensuite baths. Cozy reading nook provides an extra place to unwind and escape.

The lower level is a true entertainment hub, with wood paneling, a pool table, ping pong table, bar, and lounge. The home theatre is perfect for movie nights, and the gaming console is sure to keep everyone entertained. PARKING
There is space for five cars in the driveway. Please note that the garage is not available for guests' use.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
