Zentral gelegenes Yuma Refugium mit eingezäuntem Patio

Hi Shelli, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:- We sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.- The pool is a community amenity, as noted in the listing, and maintenance is scheduled regularly. We understand that timing may not have aligned with your arrival.- While the home has character due to its age, we ensure it is well-maintained and up to standard for our guests. As can be seen by previous positive reviews, concerns like these have been uncommon, though we acknowledge a past mention of a musty smell. Given Yuma’s dry climate, this is not typical, and we are investigating the cause to ensure the home remains fresh and comfortable.- We recognize that external factors, such as neighborhood noise, can impact a stay, and we’re sorry this affected your experience.Thank you for your feedback, and we regret that your stay was not as expected.
