Property was pet friendly, contact was prompt and friendly. Plenty of room for the 5 people easily to stay. Safe area and definitely nice area. Master bedroom closet isn’t available for use and what ever the system is in it makes noise. Garage was listed as part of the rental, which a storm hit and it would have been nice to have parked inside. But was garage was unavailable. Heat and A/c is limited to the kitchen area and living room areas. So you need to leave the bedroom doors open the whole time to keep them comfortable. Renter was very nice and let us have a later check out, due storms delayed some of our plans. Water pressure is really low and hot water was limited

The quality of this home is second to none. Wonderful amenities and comfort. Plenty of room and privacy when wanted. The property is very relaxing and well maintained. Don’t hesitate to stay there. We loved it.

We rented this place for the weekend for racing at Eldora. The location was great, its right on the lake. We took our dogs and it had a nice big back yard with fence for them. The reason for the 3 stars is the water had a smell like rotten eggs. The 2 spare rooms need bigger beds.

The house is decent , nothing fancy. Refrigerator was very loud with a knocking noise The back yard was good for kids, didnt let my small dog off leach as ther were some bent fence planks and gaps. Close restaurant called Lakeside hideout has yummy pizza

The house is so cute and it’s not located in a big neighborhood so it was very quiet all day. The backyard was great for our pup to play in, and the fire pit was a nice addition! They even provided wood for us to use. It was very clean and very welcoming! We will definitely be using this home again for upcoming trips.

This house is super cute. Very clean. Beautiful back yard with a fire pit. Plenty of seating in the living room. Bedrooms were spacious. Nice eat in kitchen. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Host was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. I will rent here again next time I am back.

property was nice. a few changes would be nice. Curtains in living room are shear and anyone outside can look inside in evening hours making us feel uncomfortable. Not as described.

Instructed enter side door but keyess code won't work. Oh, works at front door. Rug dirty, wood floors ok. Let our dogs out back, had to hustle to the back fence line because gate was off & leaning. Queen bed was a double. Deck not as pictured, peeling paint and weeds. House needs maintance.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your comments, and they wanted to share the following:-The door lock issue may have been caused by a power outage, which can sometimes impact the keyless entry system. We’re sorry for any confusion and will monitor this more closely.-The rug is vacuumed regularly, but we’ll have it deep cleaned to ensure it's in top condition.-We were unaware of the gate issue, but we’ll repair it right away to ensure the backyard is secure.-The bed in the home is indeed a queen size, and we can provide proof of purchase if needed.-We’ll also address the deck's peeling paint and weeds to bring it back to the condition shown in the listing.Thank you again for your feedback. Terrible the heat didn’t work

We left after being there 10 hours. Not even 1 day. The heat in the master bedroom didn’t get hot enough to warm up that room, the refrigerator made a loud noise when it ran and it was so loud it interupted our sleep that first night (cold and awake) is not a good combination. The split systems in the kitchen and living room were not in heat mode and when we changed it the 1 in the living room stopped working before it caught up. So we left an ran for the border after I contacted the property contact with the issues.

After reading your comments, the homeowner would like to share the following:- The bed was recently upgraded to a memory foam mattress and no longer needs a box spring, making it lower than before. The listing photos will be updated to reflect this change.- The refrigerator had not been previously reported as noisy, but based on your feedback, we'll consider replacing it to prevent future issues.- The heating units were checked before your arrival and again after checkout, and no issues were found. Cozy & Quiet

Nice, quiet location on the channel. Check-in was very simple. Upon entry of home, first impression very clean. Most everything was clean except the refrigerator and the back deck. We are non smokers with no pets. Deck left with butts and dog mess. Felt we had to clean up previous mess so we would not be charged. Would suggest Evolve update communication between book at the home and their online directions for the use of the garage. One area stated you could use, online said no access. Severe storms came through Saturday and Sunday nights. At least the carport protected the boat/truck. Neighbors extremely friendly and helpful. Would consider this property again in the future.
