Hi Michelle, thanks for taking the time to review your stay. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following: - We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to the well water. To improve our guests' experience, we have scheduled the installation of a new water softener for the property. - The listing states the bed sizes, along with accompanying photos, so our guests are fully aware of the bed sizes before confirming their reservation. Once again, thank you for your review. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, providing you with an even more enjoyable stay.

Hi Carl, we’re sorry to hear about the inconveniences you encountered during your stay and appreciate your feedback. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your comments, and they wanted to share the following:-The door lock issue may have been caused by a power outage, which can sometimes impact the keyless entry system. We’re sorry for any confusion and will monitor this more closely.-The rug is vacuumed regularly, but we’ll have it deep cleaned to ensure it's in top condition.-We were unaware of the gate issue, but we’ll repair it right away to ensure the backyard is secure.-The bed in the home is indeed a queen size, and we can provide proof of purchase if needed.-We’ll also address the deck's peeling paint and weeds to bring it back to the condition shown in the listing.Thank you again for your feedback. We’re committed to improving the property and hope to provide you with a better experience in the future!

Hi Ted, we're sorry your stay fell short of expectations. After reading your comments, the homeowner would like to share the following:- The bed was recently upgraded to a memory foam mattress and no longer needs a box spring, making it lower than before. The listing photos will be updated to reflect this change.- The refrigerator had not been previously reported as noisy, but based on your feedback, we'll consider replacing it to prevent future issues.- The heating units were checked before your arrival and again after checkout, and no issues were found. Remotes are available to adjust the temperature as needed.Thank you for your review. Your input helps us improve the guest experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. The deck is already scheduled to be repainted during an upcoming opening in the booking calendar, and we've shared your additional feedback with the local team for review. We wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would've been happy to address your concerns and make your visit more comfortable. While we haven't received previous concerns regarding the mattress, we understand comfort preferences vary from guest to guest. The home is equipped with standard residential light switches, and we'll continue monitoring guest feedback regarding the home's features. We also do our best to keep the outdoor areas clean, though storms and changing weather can occasionally affect them between visits. Thank you for sharing your experience, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.
