One of the highlights of this property is the impressive clubhouse with a large resort-style pool, ideal for families seeking a lot of fun. The master suite is equipped with a king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has 1 full bed, 1 twin bunk bed, and a shared bathroom. Additionally, there's a convenient laundry area within the unit. It's just a short 6-minute drive from Walmart, 13 minutes from Disney, 14 minutes from the Premium Outlets, and 24 minutes from Universal Studios.

The clubhouse features a lazy river, putting green, a playground, a splash park, a resort style swimming pool, a tiki bar with a myriad of popular cold drinks and delicious snacks, and a volleyball court. There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community.

Getting Around:
It's just a short 6-minute drive from Walmart, 13 minutes from Disney, 14 minutes from the Premium Outlets, and 24 minutes from Universal Studios.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to make a booking. Failure to provide a matching ID with the payment method will result in immediate cancellation.

BEFORE CHECKING IN:
All guests must provide a complete guest list, including first and last names, at least 24 hours before arrival by 5pm EST. Access to the resort will not be granted without a registered guest list.

Great property

Property was very clean. Had great amenities at the pool/clubhouse and was close to Disney and multiple restaurants. We had to make a target run for beach towels for the pool but other than that the condo had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful Stay

Everything was as promised and as see on pictures. The place was clean and very beautiful. The owners communicated very well. Any issues we had was fixed very quickly. The resort was nice and the pool area was good. We had an awesome stay. Will definitely give them a heart to stay again when we are traveling to Orlando.

Family Fun in Kissimmee

Talk about a home run! Highly recommend 3191 Storey Lake! It was affordable, felt like home, exactly as described, clean and the perfect location to Disney parks, Disney Springs, and all necessary family needs such as gas, Publix, and Target. Now that I have this option I will never pay the high prices to stay on resort at Disney ever again. See you next year!

Nice property with convenient location

The property manager was very flexible in allowing us to adjust our check-in/check-out dates due to a tournament we were attending, which we appreciated. The check-in process was very easy. The space was large and ample space for 4 people. The mattresses and bedding could certainly use an upgrade as the sheets were so thin, you could see the mattress and barely a mattress pad. The mattresses were not very comfortable so that was disappointing. We could have also used more than 1 bath towel per person and 1 hand towel, an extra set would have been great to cut down on laundry. Kitchen was fully stocked/equiped for everything we needed. Great appliances in the kitchen. Overall, a nice stay but bedding need to be improved.

Fabulous Stay

We had a fabulous stay at this well proportioned and delightfully decorated accommodation. Situated only 10 minutes car journey from Walt Disney World & Disney Springs, and with plenty of restaurants just a short journey away, we were close to everything we needed. We truly loved our stay here. Storey Lake is a gated community, and we felt safe to walk around on our own. The apartment is just 10 mins walk to The Hide Away, which is an area for residents including a pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slides and bar. We walked over a couple of times for some well needed R&R, and thought it was a sweet addition to the accommodation. Although we only needed to park a single vehicle, there was plenty of parking, all very close to the apartment. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and the home owner had furnished it well. We had everything we needed to make this truly a home from home, including air conditioning, washer dryer, WiFi etc. The equipment was all high quality, and easy to use. We had a lovely message welcoming us from the home owner, so we knew they would be available if we needed them, however we never did need to speak to anyone during our stay as everything worked so well in the accommodation. We’d have absolutely no problems recommending this particular accommodation, and would happily stay here if we can ever get the money together to travel to Florida again.
