The house is all one level opening onto a sunny deck overlooking the paddocks of the Rotorua Tree Trust.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the garage which is internally accessed from the house.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including all three bedrooms, one full bathroom, the kitchen, dining area, and living spaces. The house is equipped with essential appliances like a washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave, as well as a coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided for your convenience.

Beyond the trails, you'll find a few local shops and cafes a short drive away for essentials and dining out. Rotorua city center, with its diverse range of restaurants, shops, and attractions, is also easily accessible, ensuring you're never far from the action. Enjoy the tranquility of a residential area while still being close to everything this vibrant region has to offer.

Getting Around:
Navigating to and from Mountain Bike Vacation is simple and stress-free. You'll find ample free parking available both on the property (including the garage) and on the street. If you're arriving by air, Rotorua Airport (ROT) is conveniently located, just a short 10-minute drive away. Please note that while public transport is less frequent in this area, taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available to take you to the city center and other places of interest. The central bus station is about 10 minutes away by car. We're ideally situated to allow you to explore the best of Rotorua.
