PROPERTY DETAILS
This beautiful property has the amazing balance of bush and beach. Set amongst the canopy of stunning bushland, with cooling oceans breezes rustling the tree tops and only minutes from Coolum Beach, this location is unique.

OVERHEAD FANS
Both bedrooms and lounge area all have overhead fans. You will find with the canopy shade and ocean breezes you will rarely use them.

There is parking for one vehicle in front of the building. Extra car parking is available on the roadside to the building.

KEYS/ACCESS
There is a lock box with your keys at the apartment. You will be sent the code to the lock box prior to your arrival.

The bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

The apartment has a laundry for your use with both a washing machine and a dryer. We do NOT provide laundry detergent

The lounge has a smart tv. You can access all free to air channels, plus log in to your favourite screening service eg Netflix, Kayo, Prime etc.

The dining table is outside on the deck. There is a breakfast bar if you want to eat inside.

The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, induction cook top and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle , toaster etc.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.
This 2 bedroom apartment is one of two at this residence. The apartment takes the entire ground level with the other apartment (that has permanent residents) taking the entire top floor of the building. You have sole and complete access to your lower level apartment and one driveway car space. Further parking is on the road side.
