Fully renovated to very high standards, this large ground floor 2 bedroom apartment comprising of stunning interior highlights two generous bedrooms both with built-in robes and luxurious central bathroom with separate toilet. Light filled open lounge/dinning area and adjoining stone bench kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Add to this ducted heating ,hybrid flooring and gleaming polished and matt terrazzo tiling in the wet areas, double blackout blinds, integrated laundry facilities with brand new heat-pump dryer and washing machine, plus intercom/secure entry/doorbell security camera and undercover free parking space with easy access. Free Wi-Fi on site.

Moonee Ponds is a well-established inner north-western suburb of Melbourne, surrounded by the neighboring suburbs of Brunswick, Essendon, and Ascot Vale.
Puckle Street includes a variety of retail shops and a lot of cafes and restaurants, As you head towards Mt Alexander Road and into Ascot Vale, there is a strip lined with restaurants and retail outlets.

Staying in Moonee Ponds was such a great experience, with the perfect balance of energy and relaxation. The area feels welcoming and vibrant, and I loved how easy it was to enjoy both the busy café culture and quiet green spaces without needing to travel far.

Puckle Street is the heart of it all, lined with cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops. There’s always something happening—people meeting for brunch, families shopping, or locals catching up over coffee. I really enjoyed spending mornings here, sitting outside with a coffee and watching the world go by. The food scene is fantastic too, with endless options ranging from casual bites to quality dining.

Queens Park quickly became one of my favourite spots. It’s peaceful, full of greenery, and perfect for a walk or a picnic by the lake. There’s a lovely community feel, with families enjoying the playgrounds, people reading under shady trees, and plenty of open space to just relax. It’s such a nice escape right in the middle of the suburb.

I also loved being close to the Maribyrnong River. The walking and cycling tracks make it ideal for a morning stroll, and watching rowers glide across the water added to the calm atmosphere. It was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the natural side of Melbourne living.

Another big highlight is the convenience. Everything you need is nearby—supermarkets, shops, public transport, and even Highpoint Shopping Centre just a short trip away. It’s also the perfect base for events like the Melbourne Cup at Flemington, concerts, or the Royal Melbourne Show, with easy access while still having a relaxed neighbourhood to return to.

What I enjoyed most about Moonee Ponds is how it combines lifestyle and location so seamlessly. It has the buzz of a city hub, the calm of nature, and a community warmth that makes you feel right at home.
