Escape to the nook beneath the floating staircase to enjoy a casual movie on the wall-mounted TV.



Prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and a stone island with bar stools for casual bites. Gather around the wooden dining table for eight, surrounded by bold artwork that adds a personal touch. Transform the versatile nook behind the dining table into a workspace or an elegant serving station, featuring a built-in desk, rustic chairs and curated décor. Step onto the covered alfresco dining area featuring a timber table for eight and a gas BBQ in a fully enclosed garden with lush grass— a safe play area for children.



Designed for privacy and comfort, the home features three bedrooms downstairs and a primary suite upstairs, with ceiling fans in every room. Unwind in the primary suite, stretching out on the king bed or sinking into the recliner with a great book. Refresh in the spa-like ensuite, where dual rainfall showers and a freestanding soaking tub offer the perfect way to end your day. Escape to the second queen-sized bedroom downstairs, watching your favourite shows on the wall-mounted TV, or refreshing in the second ensuite after a long day.
