Thoughtfully designed as three distinct but connected living spaces, this unique property accommodates up to 19 guests while offering the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. It is ideal for multiple parties vacationing together. Imagine yourself relaxed by the private heated salt pure pool, sipping on a frozen delight delivered to you from the adjoining outdoor bar, dinner sizzling on the grill or griddle of the plush outdoor kitchen. Your friends and family are chatting, laughing, and reminiscing in the swinging sky chairs under the pergola. After enjoying a beautiful sunset at the nearby Campground Beach, you gather back at the outdoor fireplace to enjoy s’mores and the warm crackling fire. Retire to one of the many bedrooms each featuring its own TV for ideal relaxation. This and more are all possible from this custom-built home which is only to be outdone by the unique and exquisite yard, ideal for entertaining your entire party.
The main floor primary unit of this home encompasses an open concept sitting area with an exquisite dining area that seats 8, plus island seating. A half bathroom has direct access to a private enclosed outdoor shower. On the second floor you will find laundry facilities, the primary bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin mattresses), and a bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor is rounded out by the cavernous bathroom complete with a clawfoot tub and a walk-in shower. This space is cooled by central AC.
There are also two adjoining private units:
The first is a complete one-bedroom apartment. This adorable space has a lovely patio complete with lavish plantings and gas grill for those in your group looking to escape the crowd. Within the apartment, enjoy beautiful wainscoting and traditional Cape Cod décor. The main floor offers a full bathroom with shower, kitchen area, and a cozy sitting and dining space. Ascend the stairs to find the shiplap wood surrounding you in the sleeping quarters with queen bed, complete with a dressing area.
The second adjoining unit is an additional three-bedroom space that creates another independent getaway for your group. Enter from the main front door or choose to use the private entrance off the back yard complete with another outdoor shower, deck, gas grill, and sitting area with firepit and hammock. The main backyard/pool area is accessible via a connecting gate. The main floor of this space offers a lovely open area floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining, and family room. There is a full bathroom with tub and a bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor. You will find a second washer/dryer in the basement of this space. The second floor holds two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen and a twin), a full bathroom with a tub, and a loft space with TV and twin trundle bed.
Book this perfect getaway to create memories with friends and family that will last a lifetime! There is driveway parking for 10 cars which can accommodate a boat on a trailer. Dogs will enjoy the fenced in back yard and are permitted with an additional $300 fee (dogs not permitted in separate fenced pool area). Please note: pool use is seasonal, not guaranteed outside peak summer months, and subject to routine testing and maintenance. Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee.
