Enjoy the tranquility of this north-facing second floor apartment. At the rear of the block it’s quiet and private, and an abundance of windows provide sunlight and showcase the greenery of its setting. With an open plan living area, modern kitchen and generous balcony it offers great indoor-outdoor living. A master with Queen bed, a second double and a modern bathroom, separate laundry and parking complete the picture. Wander to local cafes, Bondi Beach or Bondi Junction shops. Wow!

Set in a small boutique block of apartments, this holiday home is a gem with its peaceful ‘green’ vibe and terrific location. Combining tasteful decor, a feeling of space and privacy and all the mod-cons, it’s comfortable, convenient and stylish.
Situated on the second floor (and note there’s no lift), at the rear and facing North, this apartment overlooks landscaped gardens and benefits from plenty of natural light.
As you enter into the home the generously sized master bedroom is on the left. With a built-in wardrobe, overhead fan, an occasional chair and tasteful furnishings, it’s warm and welcoming. The modern, fully-tiled bathroom is opposite with a separate bathtub and shower, a vanity unit and toilet. Next door is the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The second bedroom houses a double bed and is equally well presented.
Carry on into the main living area where there’s a dining suite for 6 and the lounge with plenty of comfortable sofa seating, a smart TV and air-conditioning. The modern kitchen is off to the left. It’s well-equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave and free-standing oven with a gas hob. Windows look out to the balcony and trees beyond.
Sliding doors open from the lounge to the outdoor undercover area. Enjoy a glass of wine while you fire up the BBQ and relax on the outdoor lounge in this delightful north facing retreat surrounded by greenery.
With WiFi, gas heaters and parking for one car with internal access, this apartment is just the ticket.
The location of this apartment couldn’t be better with its proximity to the iconic Bondi Beach, Westfield Bondi Junction, cafes, restaurants, shops and parks. What more could you ask for?
Set on Old South Head Road, this home has the advantage of enjoying the convenient location without the traffic noise as it’s at the back of the block. Within a stroll are several cafes, a Thai restaurant, a Greek restaurant and a pizzeria, but head down the hill towards Bondi Beach and you’re spoiled for choice. Bondi Junction offers yet more! Westfield Bondi is one of the largest shopping centres in Sydney with over 300 high street and premium boutique stores, as well as supermarkets, a cinema complex and many other amenities.
There are bus routes from nearby to Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach, and Bondi Junction rail station is just over a kilometre away offering a service to the city every 10 minutes.
Enjoy some downtime checking out the peaceful Cooper Park Cliff Walk which is just up the road from the apartment. Golf courses, Centennial Park, Moore Park, Allianz Stadium and Sydney Cricket Ground are all within a short drive, and Woollahra, Double Bay and Rose Bay villages and ferry are also very accessible.
