Relax and enjoy a wine on the private deck furniture and take in the beautiful sunset while you prepare a meal on the barbeque, then retire to the sanctuary of this recently refurbished open plan studio.

The Cottage boasts a Super King Bed for a touch of luxury, which can also be split into two singles if required for longer stays. The cozy lounge, has a two-seater couch.

There are two flat screen TVs so you can enjoy a movie from the big bed too or even from the spa bath!

The kitchenette has a separate fridge and freezer, microwave/convection oven. There is a coffee plunger, and you can enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar drenched in sunshine.

Relax in your spa bath, whilst still enjoying a view of the blue sea beyond, the bathroom also has a separate shower.

Summer or Winter, Palm Beach is centrally located so all of Waiheke's attractions are close by and there is a bus stop right at the bottom of the driveway which services the ferry timetable. If you have a car, there is unallocated off-street parking.

This fully self-contained stand-alone Cottage, (not an apartment) has a private deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue and gorgeous views down to Palm Beach, the Pacific Ocean and islands beyond... the pristine white sands, a restaurant, convenience/mini grocery store with coffee, ice creams and milkshakes is only a 7 min tree lined stroll away.

Bus stop at the bottom of the driveway and pick up and drop off is also available for Waiheke Island's famous wine tour or enjoy the local boutique shops, arts & crafts, exhibitions, gallery's, restaurants & café's on the Island

Your Cottage is completely self-contained:

This cottage is privately owned but located within the security and manicured grounds of the Waiheke Island Resort at 4 Bay Road in Palm Beach. Although within the grounds, this property is privately owned and not run as part of the resort managed facility and therefore you are not officially entitled to use the swimming pool, spa pool or mini golf, but AS LONG AS YOU CHECK WITH RECEPTION FIRST AND THERE ARE NO PRIVATE FUNCTIONS BEING HELD, YOU CAN BUY A "POOL PASS", ENTITLING YOU TO USE THE POOL DECK, WITH SWIMMING POOL AND SPA POOL for $10 PER PERSON PER DAY, AND YOU CAN OF COURSE BUY FOOD AND BEVERAGE TO ENJOY FROM THE BAR AND RESTAURANT, OPEN FROM EARLY MOST DAYS :) THERE IS ALSO MINI GOLF, AGAIN AS LONG AS IT IS NOT BOOKED WITH A PRIVATE FUNCTION, YOU CAN ENQUIRE TO PLAY FOR $10 PER PERSON
