This first floor unit is conveniently located within Leavenworth. An easy to downtown and all of the shops and restaurants. Fast drives to wineries, horseback riding, swimming and river rafting, and the Leavenworth Adventure Park is literally across the street. This park offers an alpine rollercoaster, rock climbing wall, a bungee trampoline, and more!

Alpine Oasis is so close to many other activities, as well. From here you're within walking distance to golf, minature golf, Waterfront Park, Blackbird Island, sports fields and a kid's playground - just to mention a few.

With two bedrooms, you can bring your entire family to this beautiful condo. It is well equipped for everything you would want to cook or do. Linens are provided, the bathrooms are ready for your visit, and there are even laundry facilities, in case there's mud or dirt involved with your horseback riding, skiing, or if you stomp grapes at a winery!

During the spring and summer, you'll be able to enjoy the scenic views, as well as the village events that are great in the warm weather. The Bavarian Maifest happens in May to celebrate spring when wildflowers are blooming and the apple & pear blossoms come alive.

Autumn in the Bavarian Village means Oktoberfest for three weeks straight. The village fills with people coming together to celebrate all things BEER! Aside from the beer, there's nonstop live music, German foods and local arts & crafts.

Winter in the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth is quite a sight to see. You won't want to miss out on this spirited and unique village as it celebrates Christkindlmarkt. Throughout the village, there are Christmas Lighting Ceremonies as well as singing, dancing and tons of entertainment.

Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
