The apartment has an open open plan kitchen, living and dining area - perfect for laid back beach stays and the stunning polished concrete floors make for for easy, practical and comfortable beach visits.

The apartment has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in one room and a double bed in the other, sleeping four people. There is a modern bathroom with separate toilet and the apartment has air conditioning and fans.

Large windows open up to your private balcony where you can sit back and watch the spectacular sunset over Yamba and the hinterland. There is another outdoor patio area with lounges, the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or afternoon beverage as you watch the pink hues across Yamba's magical sky.

Bed and bathroom linen and basic essentials are provided including luxury Leif bathroom products, meaning you can truly kick of your shoes and settle into your holiday as soon as you arrive.

You'll have easy access to the shared laundry located within the property with laundry detergent provided.

We invite you to enjoy our BBQ area with weber BBQ and views over the township of Yamba and the Clarence River. This BBQ area is situated next to a lovely grassed area with chairs and tables, perfect for reading or eating your meals with views across Yamba.

There is a flight of stairs to reach the property. While the height of this property brings wonderful, elevated views, this property will not suit you if you have mobility issues.

Walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, cinema and stroll across the road to Yamba's Main Beach or Lighthouse. Simply the best location in town.

With mild Winters and long, temperate Summers, Yamba is a perfect escape all year round. Surf uncrowded beaches that suit all conditions, take a kayaking tour and get eye-to-eye with wild dolphins in the estuary, swim in the natural springs of Angourie’s blue and green pools or take a Clarence River Ferry for scenic cruises or a passenger service to Iluka, on the northern side.

Getting Around:
Once you arrive at Yamba Views, you won't need a vehicle to get around. This wonderful apartment is located 100m from Yamba Main Beach, 200m from town and is walking distance to all of Yamba's five beaches, the markets, the restaurants, the boutiques, the golf club and the iconic Pacific Hotel.

Please no parties and be courteous to other guests. The entire building is no smoking so sorry if you are a smoker best to book elsewhere.
