We sincerely apologize for the issues that affected your stay at Updated 3 BR Oceanfront Condo. The sandy floors, poor ventilation in the master bedroom, and shortage of towels, bedding, and pillows are not the experience we want for our guests. We’re also sorry that the smoke odor continued in the unit after you reported it and that our response did not resolve the concern.
