Professionally managed vacation rental by Whistler Superior Properties.

This attractive and nicely furnished condominium at The Marquise on Blackcomb is quite spacious with over 600 sq/ft of living space. This one bedroom, one bathroom property is situated in the Blackcomb Benchlands, directly across the street from the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain and conveniently located on the free shuttle route for easy year-round access to Whistler Village.

The Marquise #214 sleeps up to four people with a King bed in the bedroom and a Double Futon style pull-out in the living area. This condo is well cared for, has received a number of upgrades and features new furniture throughout. Guests will enjoy the gas fireplace, mounted flatscreen televisions in the bedroom and living area, extra vanity sink and a small desk workspace in the bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home.

The Marquise complex also has great common facilities including a games room, exercise and fitness room, outdoor pool and hot tub area and common area laundry. The Marquise has PAY underground parking. With a great location and sought-after building amenities, it’s no surprise the Marquise on Blackcomb is a popular accommodation choice for families.

Great location

Excellent property easy walk down the mountain to Blackcomb, if you aren’t up for a walk the bus stop is right out the front. Easy to ski down from the track.This apartment is newly renovated and very lovely. A bigger TV would be great in the living area.Only thing missing is a washing machine in the apartment however the complex has one which is 3 per load.Would definitely stay again

skiing and ski out.

Great location. We were able to ski in and ski out from across the street to Blackcomb gondola each morning. If you don’t bring a car, the bus stop is right out on the street. The apartment is newly remodeled and had everything we needed for five nights. The apartment is on the second floor, which actually is the main entrance which made it really convenient to get in and out without taking the elevator or we could go down the stairs to the garage or workout room or Jacuzzi very conveniently. We would stay there again.

Marquise

Stay was good, access via PIN code is good so no need to carry a key around. Good bike storage. Room was big enough for two and sofa bed was firm but comfortable. Gym is pretty average and the spa was not working due to “council approvals” (advertised as working). Unable to check in at the venue, this was not advised to us until after we arrived & we then had to walk all the way back into town with suitcases etc. Overall good experience and would stay again.

Great location and nice place

When I was looking at this location there were a few questions that were not answered that I had. The pull out bed is a foam style so you don't have springs in your back and is fairly comfortable. There were 3 guys so there was still enough room in the living room for a blow up twin air mattress. To get to the ski slope you just walked across the road at the cross walk and down a path for 2 - 3 minutes and you are right on the slope. There is a common laundry room on the first floor opposite way of the pool. No signs indicating it's location. A few negatives - Non Stick cooking pans need replaced, sheets do not fit the pull out mattress and very cheap / rough, a baking sheet would be nice for the oven. We did have 1 small problem with a bathroom towel rack just needing tightened and was originally only left 5 towels for 3 guys for the week. I called the office and they were there within 15 minutes to fix the rack and brought some more towels so we had some for the hot tub. Overall a great location at a good price. I would definitely stay there again.
