The Space:
Our home is just a short 3min drive from beautiful Jan Juc beach, where you can swim, surf or simply take a walk along the pristine shoreline or clifftop track. Torquay is also nearby, offering a range of shops, cafes, restaurants, golf courses and activities.

Freshly renovated throughout, this exceptional coastal retreat offers quality and style over 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. Situated in a family friendly location, the split-level floor plan boasts a flowing open plan family/dining/kitchen upstairs, with a large east-facing balcony which overlooks the backyard and captures the treed views over Jan Juc.

Beautifully decorated interiors complement the blonde timber floors, enhanced by raked ceilings and extensive glazing that invite the sun all day long. Gaze out and enjoy the views, or relax on the comfy lounge and watch TV (Netflix connectivity*) in split system air-conditioned comfort. Easy flow to the large deck overlooks the backyard and big sky views.

The kitchen features stainless appliances with induction cooktop, stone benches with ample space for breakfast bar as well as plenty of storage and natural light. Whether you are entertaining, or making your morning coffee (coffee pod machine - some pods provided), this kitchen has it all. Dine indoors at the 8-seater setting, or outside on the sunny deck with a BBQ.

Downstairs you'll find the second bathroom (bath, shower, separate toilet), European laundry (washing machine, no dryer) and another living zone which also enjoys an easterly aspect and opens onto the lower deck and fully fenced backyard. This rumpus room is the ideal kid’s or guest space to relax and unwind, furnished with two couches, a Smart TV (Netflix connectivity*) and electric wall panel heater. There’s heaps of room for the kids heaps to play outside, and well-behaved pets are welcome by negotiation (pets incur an extra $50 cleaning fee). Wash off after a day at the beach under the outdoor shower (cold water only).

All three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels. BYO beach towels. The master bedroom with Queen bed adjoins an ensuite/two-way bathroom and separate toilet. This bathroom also services the second Queen bedroom on this level. Downstairs, 2 x Single Bunk Beds make for the ideal kid’s holiday zone! The games room located in the garage has recently been set up with table tennis, foosball & arcade basketball a fantastic option for kids.
