Juan Dolio is a small & safe town in which you can find lots of restaurants, mini markets and a golf course during your vacations. Very close from the unit you will find a car rental and gas stations as well.

Season Duration: December through March, on a monthly basis.
Rates:
December-January: $3,100 per month plus fees.
February-March: $2,900 per month plus fees.
Special Offer: Reserve December, January, and February together at the standard rate of $2,900 per month plus fees.
Booking Details: Snowbird rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Electricity Policy for Extended Stays:

➜For Stays of 7 Nights or More: Renters are responsible for the electrical bill.
Meter Readings: The meter will be read at check-in and check-out.
Deposit: A refundable deposit of $200 USD will be charged before check-in.
