This 1 Bedroom Condo will comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 children with 2 cozy Full Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. The Cable TV in the Bedroom is perfect for the nights you want to let the kids have some downtime to stream a movie - while Mom and Dad enjoy some quiet time, as well - perhaps enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the Beach and the Boardwalk. This Condo is the perfect place to get some rest, refresh, and get ready to get back out and enjoy your surroundings. So much better than a hotel room - you can live like a Local - experience and appreciate all that our great Town has to offer!

There is a Full Bath with a Tub/Shower Combo, and for your convenience, a stacked Washer/Dryer. The fabulous Decatur House building also offers guests a Seasonal, Indoor Pool. This well cared for and loved condo is the perfect place to get some rest and get ready to get back out and enjoy your surroundings. So much better than a hotel room to experience and appreciate all that our great town has to offer!

While calling Decatur House 506 home, you will have one assigned parking space which is located in the parking lot next to the building. Please look for Decatur House parking signs.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
