The house was great!! Everything was clean and as-described. The host is incredibly responsive and was great to work with. This property is in a prime location for adventuring around Assateague. We stayed here a previous year with some family, again this year, and will probably stay again in future years.

A great property to stay at. Clean, large rooms with private bathrooms and a perfect location. Daily communication with the hosts was an added plus. I will definitely stay there again.

Annual Fall family visit

Definitely love the house! It was the perfect location, size and space we needed. Very clean and we loved our welcome bag, it was the perfect touch. Would highly recommend.

Sand Dollar was very clean, the kitchen looked to have a lot of items needed for cooking your own meals. The screened in porch was WONDERFUL as was the deck off of the main BR. I personally love this location because it is so close to the park. SO so many movies to choose from if you need to pop one on for the kids to chill out for a while.

Good Location

House was very comfortable for seven of us with 4 bedrooms and three baths. Little awkward with first floor bathroom off kitchen but thankful there was a full bath on first floor. Loved the location so close to Assateague and convenient to all of Chincoteague. Had difficulty with TV DVD in family room and would have been nice to have info in book that also explained other features in house.

Excellent House in an Excellent Location!

This house was the perfect size to fit several families (couples and children)! It was clean and well-kept, with all the amenities needed. The washer/dryer is nice to use since beach stuff gets dirty so quickly, and the bathroom and kitchens were nice. The big table in the kitchen was perfect for our whole group to sit at for meals. It’s on an incredibly quiet, dead-end street and just across from the water. It’s walking distance from Assateague and perfect for biking and walking across the bridge. We can definitely see ourselves staying here again.
