Located only 25 short minutes by car or boat to Chincoteague and Assateague National Seashore, where our famous Wild Ponies roam free, you will never run out of things to do. And have y’all heard about our Oysters (pronounced Arsters here on the shore)? They are second to none. If you’re looking for some OC excitement, Ocean City, Maryland is a short 45 minute drive away. Have the very best of everything, right in the heart of the Eastern Shore! But once you see this magnificent home, you may never want to leave!

Where to begin with Shellfish Time…..this home is simply breathtaking. Sitting on the Golf Course with serene Views and abundant wildlife, it’s as relaxing as one can get. You’ll love kicking back in the Living Area with Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming TV after a fun-filled day at the Beach or Pools. Impeccably furnished and so well-equipped, everyday at Shellfish Time is such a treat. You’ll love the Colors of Sand and Sea that surround you, and the home is so light and bright. Lots of windows and soaring ceilings create an airy feel. There’s even a game table for family game night!

Just off the Living Area, the Chef in your family will adore this Chef’s Kitchen. With probably the largest Island we’ve ever seen, there’s room for all at the Island and in the spacious Dining Area. Beachy White Cabinetry, Stainless Appliances, and gorgeous Granite Countertops will make mealtime a bay breeze. There’s even a Wine Cooler to keep your beverages chilled around the clock. Not one to cook on Vacation? We’ve got you covered! Wander down the street to The Marina Club Restaurant and dine at the water’s edge overlooking the pristine Chincoteague Bay. A convenient Half Bath is just off the Kitchen, as well.

You’ll find a delightful Screened Porch lining the back of the house. The perfect place to begin the day with a hot cup of coffee, you can watch Herons, Eagles, Egrets, and Deer right in your own backyard - which is the Golf Course! Take in sweeping Views, while enjoying that salty, sweet sea breeze. Wandering out to the Deck, you’ll find a Gas Grill perfect for cooking some of our fresh Local Seafood - which with any luck, you caught!

Shellfish Time sleeps 6 more than comfortably in 3 beautiful Bedrooms and 2 ½ Baths. Bedroom 1 is a desirable 1st Floor Master Bedroom with a comfy Queen Bed, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and Golf Course Views. Brilliant Blues and Tropical Greens make for a peaceful Retreat. The Private Master Bath has a stunning Navy Blue Double Vanity, Spa-like Soaking Tub, and a separate Walk-in Shower. Down the Hall, there’s an Office/Den perfect for catching up on a few emails, and a Full Size Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

As you make your way upstairs, the first thing you’ll notice is this cozy Sitting Area at the top of the Landing - the perfect place to curl up with a good book. Also upstairs are 2 more lovely Bedrooms and another Full Bath. Bedroom 2 has a cozy Full Bed, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and warm wood Furnishings. Bedroom 3, just down the Hall, has another Queen Bed, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and gorgeous Golf Course Views.

Captain’s Cove is loaded with family-friendly amenities - a Golf Course, Indoor Pool, 2 Outdoor Pools - 1 Bayfront with Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Playground, Restaurant, and Snack Bar. Guests may purchase Amenity Passes for the pools by the day or the week at a minimal fee ($15/pp per day or $75/pp per week). More of a beach person? One of the most gorgeous, cleanest beaches in America, Assateague Island National Park, is only 20 minutes down the street, or take your boat to one of our awesome sand bars for your own private slice of Paradise.
