Unit 2, on the same property, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms that can be rented in conjunction with Unit 1 for a total complex with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Additionally there is a sleeper sofa in the family room. The home has two full sized bathrooms ensuring privacy and convenience. The first bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and the second bathroom has a tub and shower combo.

Outside, there is a lovely patio area where you can soak up the Florida sunshine or enjoy an al fresco meal. There is a conversation area with a outdoor gas powered firepit. The property is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, providing a tranquil oasis to unwind in.

The home includes 2 beach chairs, a beach cooler, a pack n' play and 2 cruiser bikes to use around the neighborhood. Each of the TV's are Smart and have Xfinity Cable and there is 1 Gig speed Internet/Wi Fi at our home.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)
Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
