The Ultimate coastal getaway for large families and friends. This sprawling family holiday residence is located in an elevated position, walking distance to Rye foreshore. Accommodating up to 15 guests, with 7 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a huge wrap around balcony, and a fully self-contained downstairs apartment. The house is set well back on the block, providing ample space for kids to play, plus car and boat parking.
Kitchen and Living Areas:
The upstairs features an open-plan kitchen and living area that seamlessly connects to a large balcony and wrap-around verandas. Equipped with split system air conditioning and the cozy warmth of a wood Coonara, this space is designed for comfort and relaxation. The fully self-contained downstairs apartment includes a second kitchen and dining area, a generous living space, and direct access to a private outdoor patio and garden.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
On the upper level, four spacious bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, complemented by a family bathroom and two additional toilets. The downstairs apartment offers accommodation for 5 guests across 3 bedrooms, with its own family bathroom and an extra shower/toilet accessible from the external laundry area.
Outdoor Area:
This fantastic family holiday home is conveniently located within walking distance of beautiful local beaches, the summer carnival, and the Rye township. Nearby attractions include Rye Ocean Beach, Peninsula Hot Springs, and renowned golf courses, all just a few minutes away. The property also provides ample off-street parking for cars, boats, and jet skis.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
