This delightful unit is only a 200m stroll along a sandy track to the glistening waters of Shoal Bay Beach or a 300m walk to Little Beach. There is no need to use the car with beaches, playgrounds, parks and picnic areas only minutes away.
Sit back and relax on the spacious balcony which overlooks a tree lined reserve. Enjoy waterviews to the headlands and Little Beach, whilst listening to the sound of the rolling waves of Shoal Bay Beach.
There is an open plan living area with two balconies allowing cross flow sea breezes, a smart tv with Netflix (own account needed), free unlimited Wi-Fi and ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop, Nespresso pod coffee machine (bring your own pods), microwave oven, family size fridge/ freezer.
The unit accommodates up to five guests. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, tv, ceiling fan and balcony access to allow the sea breeze to flow through. The second bedroom features two King Single Beds with Ceiling fan. The bathroom provides a shower over the bath, vanity and separate powder room with toilet and basin. The bathroom also houses the laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
The property's strategic location means it is a 5-minute drive to either the centre of Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay where you will find an array of restaurants, cafes, bars, and boutique shopping. It is also a short walk to West Diggers Club and Little Beach Boathouse Restaurant.
