Excellent location on Palm Beach Shores / Singer Island Beach near shopping and dining options of Palm Beach Shores. The property features ocean front access, 3 pools and a luxurious hot tub. Enjoy poolside dining, tiki bar, on-site bbq grills, and a range of activities from volleyball, to tennis and kids activities in the activity center.

The Cobia/Pompano pool deck and pool will be closed for refurbishment from Oct. 6, 2025, to Nov. 30, 2025. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.

From Oct. 6, 2025, to Nov. 30, 2025, the parking lot and driveway areas between the Sailfish building north parking lot and the Pompano building south parking lot will undergo asphalt resurfacing. During this time, parking may be limited, and noise can be expected during business hours.
This spacious 2 bedroom villa welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen (Full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes and utensils), a spacious master featuring a king bed and second bedroom with either a king and sofa bed or two twin beds (based on availability, assigned at time of booking, please inquire or request before booking), a relaxing living room with a sleeper sofa, and a furnished balcony. Additional features include an in-unit washer/dryer, in room safe, hairdryer and iron with ironing board.

Note - Unit second bedroom may have 1 king and sofa bed or 2 twin beds. Requests are taken prior to booking for preference, based upon availability.

Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Pictures of units are representative and decor may vary.

Cashless Resort - The only acceptable form of payment is credit/debit card.

An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.

Parking fee of $20/day may apply.

The Perfect Escape

My best friend and I needed an escape. We needed peace, and calm, and relaxation, and a week of staring at the ocean. Boy did we hit the jackpot. This property was perfection - everything we needed, and nothing we didn’t. The suite was clean, spacious, and very thoughtfully appointed, from beach towels to dishwasher pods. The in-unit laundry was SUCH a luxury! We couldn’t believe how incredibly well sound-proofed this building is. Our unit was right next to the elevator and we could have sworn we were the only people in the building. The view and positioning of the balcony were wonderful - we sat out there for hours each day. We rented a car and parking was always easy and plentiful, even after coming home late from the theater. The walk down the hotel strip to the nearby restaurants is lovely, and just the right distance - not far enough to get hot, but just enough to walk off a little of the spectacular food. Chris, our host, checked in by text to make sure our stay was going well. We needed literally nothing. Here is your hot tip: do NOT waste your energy fighting for space at the noisy, crowded pool. The ocean is just steps outside the gate, and there is a wonderful company with super comfy chairs and umbrellas to rent. We spent hours on the beach every day with the ocean breeze making the temperature exactly right, and plenty of distance between us and any other humans. We will absolutely be back the next time we need to recharge.

Enjoyed the beach

I'm very familiar with the property, previous time share owner. Wonderful time with family and participated in activities. I only wish I had a higher floor. The first floor in this building was over the garage and we experienced the exhaust at times. I knew we would get the first floor based on the price, just a little less expensive than the other prices. But all in all, nothing like the Atlantic Ocean experience and Ocean Pointe.
