The 2 BD condo features an open concept kitchen/living room with wrap around windows and views of the CN tower and downtown skyline. A perfect place for couples or families alike.

The Condo can host up to 6 guests. The listing will only allow us to say 5, but there are 3 Queen sized beds available!

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Glassware, Tableware, Cutlery, Mixing Bowls, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Oven, Microwave, Stove, Pots/Pans,
The island has been custom built for the space with an industrial style metal glass cupboard with an acacia wood butcher block. With four stools, there is ample room to enjoy dinner or relax with a glass of wine!

BEDROOM 1:
Customised wallpaper combined with tropical plants make for an oasis in the bedroom. Floor to ceiling windows with a queen sized bed with white linens and fluffy wool carpets under your toes. The windows are draped with green velvet blackout curtains for privacy. The room also includes a smart TV and a large closet to store suitcases and hang your clothes.

BEDROOM 2:
The warmth of the orange tones in this bedroom feel like you have stepped into the city walls of Marrakech. Featuring a luxurious queen sized bed with white linens, it will be the perfect sleep you have been longing for. Relax under the dancing light that flickers from the Moroccan brass pendant light. BATHROOM:
The bathroom features marble tiles on the floor and the walls. There is a soaker tub that doubles as a shower with access from the main hallway and Bedroom #2. The privacy door allows for guests to shower in a separate area from the toilet, allowing for better use of a one bathroom for multiple guests.

LIVING SPACE:
The area has a green velvet couch and side chair that comfortably seats 4 guests. Surround yourself with tropical plants and imported goods such as Moroccan Rugs & custom carved wood coffee table. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the CN tower, or relax before heading to the Raptors game.

DEN:
The den makes great use of space with a sleep chest that folds out into a queen sized bed. The process is seamless and requires 30 seconds of work to take it from a piece of furniture to an extra queen sized bed for your children or extra guests to sleep. Linens & Pillows are provided.

LAUNDRY:
Stacked Laundry in the front hall closet along with ironing board & iron.

PARKING:
The condo includes one FREE parking space that is underground accessed by the garage door of the condo.

BUILDING AMENITIES:
The condo is secure and has a 24 hour concierge if needed.
