This home comes with a landlord beach pass so you can visit any beach in the town of Barnstable. There's a resident only beach right down the street, and the famous Craigville Beach is less then 1.5 miles away.

As you enter this house you will immediately notice it's open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The dining room area is spacious, with plenty of room for all the people in your party. Off the kitchen area is the great room with high ceilings, and large windows which bring in all the sunlight.

There's a first floor bathroom with a shower and a stack-able washer and dryer. Down the hall is the primary bedroom, this room is spacious with a queen size bed, walk in closet and a separate office area.

Head upstairs, there's 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds decorated in bright colors. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, this room is bright and sunny. A full bath with a shower completes the upstairs.

Off the great room there are sliders to a large deck with a outside table, chaise lounge chair and a gas grill. The backyard is large with plenty of room to play outside games. There's even an outside enclosed shower.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
