The Rookery, Beautifully furnished, Elevator and Close to Beach

Rookery Trail 69 is a beautiful home and just steps away from the beach. Offering multiple outdoor living spaces on 2 screened porches and the roof top deck along with a spacious interior featuring a living area on the 2nd floor, and a den on the 1st floor. The living area has a wall mounted TV, gas fireplace and doors that open to a screened porch with comfortable seating where you can sit and relax with your family and friends and hear the ocean waves. All four bedrooms have private bathrooms and the den has a Murphy bed. The spacious master suite has a view of the lake, and the master bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. This home features hardwood and tile floors throughout, and a tankless water heater with an endless supply of hot showers for the whole family. There is a ground level entrance with staircase, and an elevator that services all floors of this home. There is covered parking underneath, an outside hot/cold shower in the garage area, and a covered patio. Guests enjoy the Rookery community pool and hot tub as well as the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea - beach access to miles of beautiful beach, tennis/pickleball courts, miles of walking/jogging paths, fishing lake, and marsh overlook with floating dock on the saltwater creek.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
