🚗 Parking Restrictions: Veranda Palms allows a maximum of 3 vehicles per reservation. Limited overflow parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that all parking regulations are established and enforced by the resort and are outside of our control. Parking on grass, sidewalks, or in unauthorized street locations is strictly prohibited and may result in towing or fines by the resort.

🗑️ Trash Disposal: Please use closed containers for trash. Items that don’t fit must be taken to the compactor.

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.



Other Things to Note:

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.



Video Cameras: There are security cameras placed outside of the property, one is the doorbell camera facing the driveway, the other facing the garage. The camera is battery-operated and the motion sensor is activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without a refund.

Our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule and they need adequate time to prepare the property for the next guests arrival

If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure

- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage

• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel

- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay

- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount

In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.
