Woodridge 9114 has three steps for entry, is multi-level, and offers internet

access. This premier-rated home accommodates up to ten guests and is not pet

friendly.



Fourteen steps up from the entry, you'll find the living room featuring a

flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. The fully functional kitchen includes a

breakfast bar with three stools, and the dining room seats eight. The main

level bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a sleep sofa (double), and a

full bath.



Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and

a full bath. There are also two more bedrooms, each offering a queen bed, a

flat-screen TV, and a full bath.



Located in the Villages community, Woodridge provides complimentary shuttle

service to the slopes. The deck does not have a gas grill.



All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room,

dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a

fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts
