Woodridge 9058 features zero steps for easy access and is rated premier,

making it a great choice for your stay. This multi-level, pet-friendly unit

sleeps nine and offers internet access.



The entry level includes a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, though the

wood-burning fireplace is not available for use. The fully equipped kitchen

and dining room accommodate six, and there is also a convenient powder room on

this level.



Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms, including a loft area with a

daybed/trundle. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a

full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third includes a

pyramid bunk and a flat-screen TV. These bedrooms share a second full bath.



Located in the Villages community, Woodridge offers complimentary shuttle

service to the slopes. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, with

additional overflow parking available on-site. The home also includes a one-

car garage for added convenience.



All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room,

dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a

fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts

and community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
