I didn’t stay more than an hour as it was disgusting. Communication and instructions are poor for access, I carried my luggage up 8flights of stairs, as it is top floor, and it was a shock to see the state of the place. It smelt unclean, old body odour and foul, the carpet is badly stained throughout, the walls are marked and there is patches of paint on doors and walls and would assume mould under or in the carpet. The furniture was dirty and lounge peeling. The noise from the pub and the residents in the building yelling plus the uncleanliness had me leaving immediately. 5 days later the company still haven’t resolved this with a full refund as requested. The price they are asking for and the reality of the stare of the property is a concern. The poor customer service on the other side of a complaint where someone has felt so uncomfortable in a property, after a full day of travel at 8pm, that they had to leave immediately is unacceptable. I am hoping this is resolved today but it is looking like a scam as they continue to advertise the property in its current state and at the same price. I now note there are no recent reviews and understand why. I am left disappointed and concerned.
