You get to stay in Colorado Springs’ highly desirable CityWalk Lofts, a sleek, contemporary residential high-rise in the heart of Downtown’s lively collection of eateries, breweries, art galleries and shops. This comfortable studio condo is perfectly sized for two and provides outdoor entertaining space with a grill and a bird’s eye view of the city, as well as every convenience you need to feel at home, including an in-unit washer and dryer and a kitchen with full-size appliances.

The Space:
You’re a little bit country, a little bit rock n’ roll – and CityWalk Lofts was made for you. This sleek, contemporary residential high-rise offers walkable, metropolitan living within easy reach of the region’s more rustic, adventurous attractions.

At the building’s entrance, a convenient driveway allows for easy unloading of luggage and gear. You’ll find that the entrance and the building overall are highly secure, with keypad entry and cameras. Ride the elevator up to your home-away-from-home, where you’ll find a warm, welcoming space that’s thoughtfully arranged and attractively furnished. You’ll immediately notice the back wall lined with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light and provide a fantastic view of the city and the rugged terrain beyond. A coat closet stands just inside your front door, along with a concealed laundry space with stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board to keep you looking great whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure.

The living space includes a large TV that’s visible from both the sofa and the king-size bed, and there’s air conditioning if needed. The dining table accommodates four, and the kitchen area is well-equipped for cooking at home, with a suite of full-size appliances including a range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Also for your convenience, you’ll find a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, even cooking utensils and a wide array of spices. If you want to entertain in the fortifying mountain air, step onto your private balcony where you’ll find a grill, a dining table for four, and additional seating for two.

A sleek, modern bath includes a shower/tub combo, ample counter space for your toiletries, and an oversized mirror.

If you’d prefer to meet business associates or new friends outside the building, you’ll find a comfortable outdoor seating area near the door.

Hotel-grade linens are professionally laundered after every visit. This home is managed by a local vacation rental specialist, and there’s a sense of quality and care that’s worthy of your 5-star review.

Guest Access:
We will send you detailed instructions no less than 48 hours prior to your arrival after you complete our verification portal. You will have privacy and access to the entire house using your special code given upon booking. Front door has a Yale smart lock.

The Neighborhood:
CityWalk Lofts put you in the heart of hip, walkable Downtown Colorado Springs. Within a ten-minute stroll, you’ll find an impressive array of eateries, coffee shops, breweries and lounges, plus shopping, art galleries, and cultural venues like the Cottonwood Center for the Arts which offers art exhibitions, tours, panel discussions, workshops, and more. The “main drag” of Downtown is Tejon Street, just 4 blocks away. You’ll also find casual dining and watering holes even closer to home, such as Mash Mechanix Brewing (5-minute walk), 1350 Distilling (4-minute walk), and Brass Brewing Company (8-minute walk). CityWalk is also surrounded by several parking garages within a block or two.

The Colorado Springs region is a paradise for outdoors enthusiasts, starting right downtown with Acacia Park, where you’ll find a playground and ice rink in-season (a 12-minute walk from home), and Springs Bike Tours (8-minute walk). Climbing higher on the adventure scale, you’ll find plentiful hiking opportunities in Colorado Springs and beyond, like in Bear Creek Regional Park East (10-minute drive), and the Garden of the Gods (15-minute drive0, where ancient, 300-foot-tall sandstone rock formations tower overhead and make for the most dramatic selfies you’ll likely ever take. The Rockies are rich with trails, canyons, natural wonders, and opportunities for hunting, fishing, skiing, ziplining, and much more, most of which can be reached in well under an hour. The real star of the Rockies is, of course, Pikes Peak, standing at an elevation of 14,115 feet and offering once-in-a-lifetime views (1 hour, 15 minutes by car).

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels. All requests will be taken care of ASAP and in the order that they have been received.
-Although we do not have central AC there is a window unit to keep the home cool during the summer months. The radiant heat baseboards also keep the home warm and comfortable.
-The couch does click back into a futon for a visitor but we do not supply sheets.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!

Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:

- NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.
- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
- Late check-outs (12pm) are available if there is no back-to-back booking, at $25 per hour.
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early.

Colorado Springs is an awesome city and City Walk Apartments made it even more enjoyable. I stayed in this apartment for close to three months while I was working in the area. The apartment was in walking distance from downtown, my wife and I enjoyed the ease of getting to many great restaurants. The apartment itself was perfect for the two of us. I hope to return to The Springs and stay in this location. Thank you.
