Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that can sleep 12. You will find spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer, ensuring a comfortable stay. Our home provides easy access to the best of Mobile- conveniently located minutes from groceries, dining options, and the University of South Alabama, and just twenty minutes to downtown. Pet friendly with a fee. Our professional and real-time photos ensure you know exactly what to expect. We hope to host you!

The Space:
Guest will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, the living room will be to your right, and the dining room will be to your left. The living space has a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV.
Through the living room to the right, a hallway will take you to three of the four bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a full bed, the second has two full beds, and the third has one full bed and an attached half bathroom. The full bathroom down the hall has a shower/tub combination.
The fully-equipped kitchen is through the living room. Provided in the kitchen are stainless steel appliances, essential cookware, and dinnerware. A large farm table with two benches and two chairs provides ample eating space.
Through the kitchen is the second full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a washer and dryer tucked away in the closet.
Across from this bathroom is the fourth bedroom. Here you will find a queen bed.
Outback, a grill, and a firepit are available during your stay.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a residential area, about one mile from the University of South Alabama.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
