For a TRUE NATURE GETAWAY!

A dream location on the shores of Lac Marquis in Chute‑Saint‑Philippe (near Mont‑Laurier in the Upper Laurentians), this fully equipped guest chalet is perfect for remote work and/or outdoor activities. Please note that the host is always away during guest stays to ensure complete privacy.

With its stunning lake view, this fully renovated and completely private haven offers a wood stove, a TV with cable service, Netflix, DVDs, Wi‑Fi, board games, a full kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and two queen size beds in the open‑concept mezzanine. Located on a property of over 51,000 sq. ft. with 385 ft. of lakefront, no neighbors are visible. In summer, at the dock, you’ll find paddleboards and kayaks (life jackets provided). Perfect for swimming and nature watching! A BBQ and outdoor firepit area will also enhance your evenings.

Within a 2 km radius, you’ll find a small grocery store with SAQ counter, a bakery, a gas station, a restaurant, and an ice‑cream shop. The Sentiers Nature de Chute‑Saint‑Philippe offer several trails for hiking, obstacle courses, mountain fat biking, cross‑country skiing, and snowshoeing (equipment rentals available at low cost). The Club de Montagne des Hautes‑Laurentides (CMHL) offers numerous climbing walls. In the village, you’ll also find a skate park, a beautiful intergenerational park/playground (summer), a sliding hill, an ice rink, and an ice loop (winter).

The region is renowned for its outdoor adventure experiences. A fishing paradise (summer and winter). ATV and snowmobile trails pass right at the end of the street (ASK ABOUT SPECIAL RATES FOR SNOWMOBILERS & ATV RIDERS).

Peaceful getaway with a beautiful view!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time together with our dog. Very dog friendly, very peaceful and the lake is beautiful. Everything is super cozy and it was the perfect relaxing trip we were hoping for. Would definetely come back again!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was packed full of games and toys for the kids to enjoy. Having the kayaks was great as well as the beautiful outdoor chimney. The view from the dining table was also lovely. Thanks for a memorable vacation

We feel extremely lucky to have spent such a fantastic week-end at Monique's place. The place was ideal, very clean and most suited for peacefull days. Monique has been very helpful providing information prior to our stay and also when we met at the property. Her aim is that guests should enjoy their stay. We feel privileged to have met her. Teenagers and parents would have loved to prolonge their magical stay at the lake, on the boards, at the fireplace, feeling blessed to enjoy nature, land and beautifull autumn colors! Thank you Monique for caring so much and for sharing this fantastic place.

AMAZING! Absolutely amazing.

We had such an amazing stay here. An incredibly intimate and serene place to come relax and recharge. We enjoyed the wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces, and especially the lake and kayaks! A lot of love has gone into making this property beautiful. We will definitely be back here, and highly recommend visiting Monique's lovely Chalet.

very quiet location that has excellent water views & access, a short 1 hour kayak ride away put me onto a river that was endless & fishing good - saw loons and all manner of birds ... never been 10 feet away from a loon pair before !!

The cottage was wonderful. The owner put a lot of work and care into the property to ensure a positive customer experience. The location is peaceful and quiet with an amazing sandy beach and plenty of water equipment. Communication was excellent at all times. I will be returning. Highly recommended.

Communication! Monique was a perfect host. She was there to greet us and explained a few last details, She made sure we knew about the businesses in the area and what to bring with us to make our stay better. She included a detailed list about fun activities in the region as well. Communication was 5-stars! Cozy!The wood fireplace kept the place toasty warm with just a couple of logs, and there was electric heating in case fireplaces are not your thing. The hot tub was sparkling clean (everything was) and in perfect working order. Instructions were posted and very clear. The TV set-up was easy to use, and the DVD collection is outstanding! Tons of classic movies in case you get a rainy day, or want to relax by the fire at night. Washer and dryer are quiet. The oven is modern and easy to use.We had a wonderful and restful stay! Beautiful area

Very beautiful area and lovely property. Kayaks provided were super fun and lake lovely. Had a good time with two little kids. Nearby sandy beach was very shallow and good for children. Did a family hike nearby at Chute saint Philippe nature park with many obsticle courses the children loved in the woods. Owner was kind and helpful. Only critism was listing says two bedrooms but you actually share an upper mezzanine with two beds on same floor. No closed room, which was unclear. However, overall we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience!

As soon as we arrived, Monique the owner had her limousine serviceand took all our bags down to the cabin. The view of the lake and the trees were beautiful. I really did not have problems meditating with the sounds of the beautiful birds. The owner lives on the other side and she was not there for the whole time we were there. If I needed something I would email her and I would get a response right away. I will definitly be going back soon for another week before winter. The host was very warm and friendly and treats you like part of the family. I strongly recommend this place you won’t regret it.

Chalet chaleureux avec le confort de la vie moderne mais le silence de la forĂȘt. Parfait pour 2-4 personnes. Excellente pression d'eau dans la douche. Quel magnifique endroit! L’extĂ©rieur est super bien amĂ©nagĂ© pour relaxer et prendre du temps pour nous. C’est calme et paisible. Ma rencontre avec Monique s’est trĂšs bien dĂ©roulĂ©e. Une magnifique personne avec un grand cƓur. Le chalet Ă©tait trĂšs propre et confortable. De plus ma petite bulldog y Ă©tait bienvenue avec un frais ce qui est tout Ă  fait normal.
