Poppy's Place is an elegant, stylish, modernised, grand proportion Queenslander with City views from the large rear deck!
Situated on an elevated, leafy, quiet, rear facing position of Bardon…just a hop skip & jump to all things nearby + 15 mins to the CBD.
Parking for 2 cars at the front of the property, then walk through the established garden inside…
The space
An enclosed front veranda with plantation shutters keeps the house quiet from any street noise, cool, private + provides extra space…
Character 4-bedroom QLDr with oversized rooms; plush carpet in the master bedroom + walk-in; aircon + overhead fans; cathedral height ceilings; decorative features; timber floorboards + large open plan lounge / dining + kids play area…
The modern kitchen is over-loaded with cookware, bakeware with everything you’ll need + it has fantastic views into the distant mountains…
Opening from the dining / kitchen, the huge rear deck has a massive, fixed umbrella shade & outdoor setting to kick back & enjoy the city views by day or night….
Watch Netflix streaming on the Smart TV’s in the lounge or Master bedroom &/or setup a home office on the exquisite long timber dining table with fast (50Mbps) unlimited data.
Poppy was the previous owner of the house + grand’pop’ to the current owners’ children…hence the name Poppy's Place.
Grand Mum, now lives downstairs in a fully self-contained flat, but the house is completely separate… you could cross paths with Mum along the side path of the house, if she is coming or going, so just say hi :)
Suitable for families, couples or professionals, but not for parties of any description.
To stress the above point, if you have any intention of having a party, gathering or breaking our house rules in anyway, PLEASE do not book our property (we have a security camera’s outside + security will attend at your expense)
