Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet close enough to all the attractions, too, you’ll enjoy plenty of relaxation and serenity in this luxe four-bedroom townhome while also appreciating the convenience of having the slopes and hiking trails so close by. With a sleek, contemporary interior design and panoramic views from nearly every room, Wasatch Springs 13804 is a flawless space for your next Park City escape.
The main level of Wasatch Springs 13804 is bright and open, with vaulted ceilings, tons of windows, and an upper landing overlooking the LIVING AREA below. Plush sofas face the large, 58” HDTV that’s ideal for an occasional Netflix binge. (These sofas also pull out to allow for extra sleeping space.)
Next to the living area is a formal DINING SPACE with seating for six, and the convenient kitchen island has seating for four more. The KITCHEN is completely open to the living and dining spaces and features custom wood cabinetry, exquisite stone countertops, and a full suite of premier, stainless steel GE appliances. Outside through the glass doors is a sun-kissed patio with an alfresco dining area and a charcoal grill.
The first of four bedrooms is the PRIMARY SUITE on the main level, a lovely, welcoming sanctuary to retreat to at the end of the day. This room features a sumptuous king-size bed, a large HDTV, and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with dual sinks and a step-in shower. On the upper level, the SECOND BEDROOM includes a queen-sized bed, while the THIRD BEDROOM has a queen-over-queen-size bunk bed that can sleep four. This upper level also has a FULL BATHROOM and a LAUNDRY NOOK that can both be accessed from the hallway. On the lower level, there’s another FULL BATHROOM and a FOURTH BEDROOM that includes a queen-sized bed and a convertible sofa that can pull out into another bed.
Perfectly located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, Wasatch Springs 13804 is a corner-unit townhome within a charming community that’s only 10 minutes from Old Town Park City (Main Street) and the ski slopes. We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
