The villa boasts a fully air-conditioned open plan great room with vaulted ceilings, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The interior is designed with multiple seating areas strategically placed to optimize the stunning ocean view.

The elegant kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and opens up to the view and the outdoor dining areas. This allows for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces, perfect for entertaining guests.

The outdoor area is divided into different areas for lounging and elegant al-fresco dining, providing ample opportunities to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The large sloping entry pool spans almost the entire length of the terrace, offering a refreshing and picturesque setting.

The villa has three bedrooms in total, with two located on the upper level and one on the lower level. Each bedroom offers breathtaking ocean views and is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy. The upper level bedrooms are spacious and include private seating areas both inside and outside. The lower level bedroom, accessible by an outside staircase, is a generous suite that features a private covered terrace and comfortable indoor lounging area.

All bedrooms in Villa La Favorita are accompanied by beautiful bathrooms adorned with tumble marble tiles. Each bathroom boasts large walk-in showers, with two of them also featuring outdoor showers for a unique and refreshing experience. One of the bathrooms even opens up to a garden, adding to the villa's charm and connection with nature.
