LAS RAMAS



Las Ramas is a sought-after six-bedroom villa, all located on one level, just minutes from the Casa de Campo Marina and La Romana Country Club, with stunning views of the golf course.



The villa offers expansive, open living spaces, ideal for relaxation and socializing. Two sitting areas and an open dining room provide ample room to unwind or dine together. The air-conditioned study, complete with an LCD TV, comfortable seating, and a game table, is perfect for entertainment, work, or quiet time.



The master bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat, featuring a spa-inspired bathroom and a private garden, ideal for relaxation or massage. Each of the six bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Outside, the gazebo with a traditional cana roof, located next to the pool, provides a relaxing space to enjoy the constant breeze and dine al fresco.

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities.

The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort.

Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center

* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products, etc)
