VILLA LA SULTANA



Villa La Sultana is a five-bedroom residence located within Casa de Campo, within walking distance of the Marina.



The villa follows a two-story tropical residential architectural style, with interior spaces arranged to support shared living and private use. The home is surrounded by a landscaped garden with a variety of tropical plants, providing privacy and outdoor space for daily use.



Interior décor is warm and practical, combining neutral finishes with comfortable furnishings intended for family use. Living spaces include a dedicated family/TV room with air conditioning, as well as connected indoor and outdoor areas that support group activities.



Accommodations include five bedrooms. The primary suite features a private sitting area and air conditioning. Bedrooms are distributed across two levels to allow separation between common areas and sleeping spaces. Ocean views are available from the second floor.



Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, and a dedicated children’s play area. A gazebo with barbecue station is positioned between the kitchen and dining area, supporting outdoor meals and group gatherings.

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. The fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products, etc)



RULES

- The reservation holder must be at least 26 years of age.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the villa

- Pets are not permitted.

- Guests may not assign, sublet, or allow additional persons to stay at the property without prior written permission.

- House parties and illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited.

- Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone charges incurred during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to appliances, furniture, linens, tableware, or other property items during the rental period.
