The Perfect Beach Condo

This condo has everything!! Beautifully and completely updated with ocean views! Easy access to the pool! It truly has everything. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay in New Smyrna Beach

We stayed in this condo during our boys' fall break week. It was clean and just as described. It has a great view of the pool area and beach in the background. The complex was well maintained. Since it was the off-season, we practically had the pools and courtyard area to ourselves. We will definitely be going back!!

overall the stay was great

I was dissappointed that I had to do dishes the whole vacation because the dishwasher never worked. Also the garbage disposal in the sink was foul smelling. But all in all was very satisfied with the stay

Overall great!

Great property and location. Great beachfront playground just a few blocks away, and some wonderful takeout places nearby. Only one ding: There are a lot of detailed restrictions that we did not fully appreciate (keep towels off railings, don’t generate more than x number of loads of laundry, etc) that are easy to comply with; would love to see a bulleted list in the condo to ensure compliance without digging through a document.

Comfortable Home Away From Home

The condo was nice and updated. It was clean, comfortable and very cozy. It had literally everything we needed to have a great week from kitchen essentials to beach chairs/umbrellas/beach towels. It has big closets with lots of clothes hangers. Check in/check out was super easy with the lock box. The dishwasher didn't work very well and the master bedroom TV didn't work either but the main TV out in the family room worked great. What a beautiful and quiet part of the beach! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Experience

We have rented several New Smyrna condos over the last couple of years and I can honestly say this unit is one of the nicest. As of Labor Day 2017 the unit is freshly remodeled and in tip-top condition. Sheets, towels, glassware and stemware, etc. is all new and very nice! It is small but was perfect for our family of four. The complex has very well-manicured grounds and nice people all around. Highly recommended!

Nice Updates

Seemed to be a brand new kitchen, appliances and all. We weren't even sure if the dishwasher had been run before. Nice large tile floors throughout the entire condo. Master bathroom was updated, and the other bath was nice as well. Beds were very comfortable and the rest of the furniture was nice as well. We had a 1 year old, so the rocker/recliner was appreciated. We prefer poolside, but you still could get a good look at the beach and ocean from the balcony.

Beautiful, Super Clean Condo

This condo was recently renovated and they did a beautiful job. The decor is very tasteful and it has very pretty furniture and linens. Big closets, plenty of storage. I highly recommend it!
