Enter the gated front courtyard and immediately take in the expansive house in front of you with cascading columns and shadows. Walk past the 70 foot custom pool running the length of the courtyard and find the all glass custom front door. Guests are greeted by an expansive open floor plan, tall ceilings, and luxury amenities. The main living space of the house is a massive open floor plan with kitchen and bar to the left, spacious seating area in the center, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to the right that connect the space directly to the pool area. The windows retract fully into the walls, seamlessly inviting outdoor living inside. Right off the kitchen is an oversized dining area with a fully retractable wall that opens up to the backyard. Here you will find outdoor dining and a large fire pit overlooking the mountains of the Joshua Tree National Park. Guests are invited to swim or sunbathe by the custom pool and spa, or to enjoy lounging in nature in the outdoor couch / living room. This home is perfect for large groups / families with entertainment in mind. IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.
- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
LOCATION
Conveniently located near downtown Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, and Pioneertown. Nearby attractions include Joshua Tree National Park, Black Rock Hiking Trails, Pioneertown, Pappy Harriets, Downtown Joshua Tree, and Palm Springs.
12 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree, 20 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park Entrance. 15 minutes to Pioneertown, 5 minutes to downtown Yucca Valley. 40 minutes to Palm Springs.
