The living room is an inviting space to gather and relax, featuring a large and comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fire for those chilly evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together as a family. Additionally, central heating and air conditioning throughout the house ensure a comfortable climate year-round. There is also a spacious dining area with plenty of seating. If you need some time to unwind after a big day outdoors, the lounge is equipped with a large TV, comfortable seating, and access to streaming services like Netflix. The high-speed internet connection throughout the house means that everyone can stay connected.

The house features three spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and ample storage space to make you feel right at home. The master bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a modern and beautifully appointed bathroom.

Outside, you'll find a lovely patio with a barbecue and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or sipping a glass of wine while watching the sun set. There is also a large and well-maintained lawn, perfect for playing games or just soaking up the sun.

Located in the beautiful Kirimoko neighbourhood, this home is just a short drive away from the centre of Wanaka, where you'll find plenty of shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
