A few kinks to iron out but overall we had a nice trip
Cons:
10am checkout time is a bit early. 5pm check in time is a bit late. Mattresses very uncomfortable/too firm. The twin mattress/bed sits crooked. Water pressure in the bathroom sinks and shower is TERRIBLE. Water pressure is strong ironically in the kitchen sink and the clawfoot tub, which has a shower head you can use but there is no curtain or anything so you might spray the entire bathroom if you are not very careful. There are a few unnecessary fees, like the $20 fee for some online program that gives you access to free stuff it claims, but this was not at all needed. They also send an extra rental agreement letting you know they will charge you if you use more than 20% more utilities than "normal". I didn't love this, as I don't want to spend my vacation worried about how many utilities I've been using. While we were there, there was an ATT outage, which knocked out our phone service, but this also knocked out the internet at the house which I suppose is run through ATT, so it did stink to have both of those knocked out at once. The TV also runs via internet. We didn't need to heat the pool but they charge $60 per day if you do, which seems hefty; you would think if you're paying for a property with a pool, they would make it usable for you for free. There was a bit of mold in the ceiling of the shower. Toilet handles are loose.
