Barclay Reserve - 3BR/2BA - Central and Spacious

Modern appliances and comfortable decore set this place apart from your run-of-the-mill AirBnB experience. Barclay Reserve will allow you to relax and escape on your next visit to Lubbock. This house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a fully stocked and updated kitchen, dining room, and large living room with 65" smart TV and garage parking. The property is located in the Central Lubbock close to just about everything. There is a large open room that allows for additional guest use.

The first bedroom contains a queen size bed and a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms contain Queen sized beds. All of the bedrooms and the bathrooms have been fully redone.

The living room features plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A 65” Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. And the dining room has plenty of seating for all guess.

There is a large extra room off of the kitchen. This room is currently unfurnished. Guests are welcome to bring additional air mattresses to allow a few additional guests to sleep. Please plan on bringing your own linen,s pillows, and towels for these guests.

Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles with a garage and there is always free parking available on the street.

This house is NOT pet friendly, so please leave your furry friends at home.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the owner's master suite and bath any locked cleaning closets.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

- No Pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine

- No smoking inside the property
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.

- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
